Accounts Administrator

Are you an Accounts Administrator seeking a fun role in a growing company? Join a small team based in Carrickmines, south Dublin, and help us exceed customer expectations and manage our supplier accounts.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the accounts payable function
- Reconciliation of creditors
- Multi-currency Bank reconciliation
- Provide billing support to customers including receipting payments and part payments
- Taking customer orders and payments by Telephone
- Liaise with Management
- Liaise with Accountants regarding returns and reporting

Job type: Flexible contract
Salary: €18,000 - Negotiable
Requirements:
- Proven work experience in a similar role
- Good knowledge of bookkeeping procedures and requirements
- Hands on experience with accounting software (Xero Accounts Ideal)
- Good organisational and time-management abilities
Language:
- English (Native speaking) (Required)
